By accessing or using VideoEdit Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
VideoEdit Pro is a browser-based video editing platform that provides multi-track timeline editing, color grading, captioning, and video export capabilities. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
You must create an account to use VideoEdit Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Projects created during the trial will be retained for 7 days after the trial ends to give you time to decide.
Basic Plan ($6.99/month): Includes all editing features, 2GB cloud storage, and project retention for 30 days of inactivity. Projects not accessed within 30 days may be automatically deleted.
Unlimited Plan ($9.99/month): Includes all editing features, unlimited cloud storage, and indefinite project retention.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months following any price increase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days.
You retain all ownership rights to the video, audio, and image files you upload to VideoEdit Pro. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your media files solely for the purpose of providing the editing service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates any third party's rights.
Basic Plan: Projects and associated media files that have not been accessed for 30 consecutive days may be permanently deleted. We will send a notification email before any deletion occurs.
Unlimited Plan: Projects are stored indefinitely as long as your subscription is active.
Account Deletion: If you delete your account, all projects and media files will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
VideoEdit Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
